Anita Beauty Studio es un estudio de pestañas y estética en Odessa, Texas. Esta política explica qué datos recogemos cuando reservas una cita, para qué los usamos y qué derechos tienes sobre ellos.
1. Quiénes somos

2. Qué datos recogemos
Solo lo necesario para agendar y atender tu cita:
- Tu nombre, para saber a quién esperamos.
- Tu número de teléfono móvil, que es nuestro único canal para confirmarte la cita y recordártela.
- El servicio, la fecha y la hora que elegiste.
- Las notas que quieras dejarnos, si dejas alguna.
No pedimos datos de pago en la web: el servicio se paga en el estudio. No recogemos datos de salud, ni información de menores, ni tu ubicación.
3. Para qué los usamos
Únicamente para gestionar tu cita: apartar tu horario, confirmártelo, recordártelo y poder avisarte si surge un imprevisto. No usamos tus datos para publicidad ni los cruzamos con nada más.
4. Mensajes de texto (SMS)
Cómo das tu consentimiento
Al reservar en nuestra web verás una casilla, que no viene marcada, para aceptar recibir mensajes de texto sobre tu cita. Marcarla es decisión tuya y no es obligatorio para reservar: si no la marcas, tu cita se agenda igual y simplemente no te escribimos.
Si en lugar de reservar por la web nos llamas o nos escribes, te preguntamos directamente si quieres que te mandemos la confirmación y el recordatorio por mensaje de texto a ese número, y solo lo registramos si nos dices que sí. En los dos casos guardamos tu permiso junto con la fecha y la hora en que lo diste. No hay ninguna otra forma de que un número entre en nuestros mensajes.
Tu número no se comparte
No compartimos, vendemos ni cedemos tu número de teléfono móvil ni tu consentimiento para recibir mensajes a terceros ni a empresas afiliadas con fines de marketing o promoción.

Cuántos mensajes y de qué tipo
Normalmente tres mensajes por cita: la confirmación cuando reservas, un recordatorio la tarde anterior y otro la mañana del día de la cita. Son mensajes sobre tu cita. Nunca te mandamos publicidad por mensaje de texto.
Costo y cómo darte de baja
Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos de tu compañía telefónica.
Responde STOP a cualquiera de nuestros mensajes para dejar de recibirlos, o HELP si necesitas ayuda. La baja es inmediata. Si cambias de idea, responde START para volver a recibirlos.
Darte de baja de los mensajes no cancela tu cita: sigue en pie, solo que tendrás que recordarla por tu cuenta.
5. Proveedores de servicio
Para que la web y las citas funcionen nos apoyamos en algunas herramientas. Estas empresas tratan los datos por cuenta nuestra y siguiendo nuestras instrucciones: no son dueñas de tu información ni pueden usarla para sus propios fines.
- Supabase — guarda la agenda de citas.
- Vercel — aloja la página web.
- Twilio — entrega los mensajes de texto que nos autorizaste a mandarte.
- Resend — entrega el correo interno del estudio con la agenda del día. No se usa para escribir a las clientas.
Ninguna de estas empresas recibe tu número para usarlo por su cuenta. No compartimos, vendemos ni cedemos tu número de teléfono móvil ni tu consentimiento para recibir mensajes a terceros ni a empresas afiliadas con fines de marketing o promoción.
También podríamos revelar datos si nos lo exigiera una autoridad competente o la ley.
6. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Conservamos el historial de tus citas mientras seas clienta del estudio, porque nos sirve para atenderte mejor. Puedes pedirnos que lo borremos cuando quieras.
7. Tus derechos
Puedes pedirnos ver, corregir o borrar tus datos, o retirar tu consentimiento para los mensajes. Escríbenos a hernandez.anayanis@icloud.com o por WhatsApp y lo resolvemos.
8. Seguridad
Los datos viajan cifrados y solo Anita tiene acceso a la agenda, protegida con contraseña. Ninguna medida es infalible, pero tratamos tu información con el mismo cuidado con el que atendemos en el estudio.
9. Menores
La reserva en línea es para mayores de 18 años. Si eres menor, tu madre, padre o tutor debe agendar por ti.
10. Cambios
Si actualizamos esta política, cambiaremos la fecha de arriba. Los cambios importantes te los avisaremos.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Only what we need to schedule and honor your appointment:
- Your name, so we know who we are expecting.
- Your mobile phone number, which is our only channel for confirming and reminding you about your appointment.
- The service, date and time you selected.
- Any notes you choose to leave us.
We do not request payment information on the website — services are paid at the studio. We do not collect health data, information about minors, or your location.
3. How we use it
Solely to manage your appointment: hold your time slot, confirm it, remind you about it, and reach you if something comes up. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not combine it with anything else.
4. Text messages (SMS)
How you give consent
When you book on our website you will see a checkbox, which is not pre-checked, to agree to receive text messages about your appointment. Checking it is your choice and it is not required to complete the booking: if you leave it unchecked, your appointment is still scheduled and we simply will not text you.
If you call or message us instead of booking online, we ask you directly whether you would like the confirmation and reminder sent by text message to that number, and we record it only if you say yes. In both cases we store your consent together with the date and time you gave it. There is no other way for a phone number to be enrolled in our messages.
We do not share your number
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency and type
Typically three messages per appointment: a confirmation when you book, a reminder the evening before, and one on the morning of your appointment. These are transactional messages about your appointment. We never send marketing by text message.
Cost and how to opt out
Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Reply STOP to any of our messages to stop receiving them, or HELP if you need assistance. Opting out takes effect immediately. If you change your mind, reply START to resubscribe.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel your appointment — it stands, you will just need to remember it on your own.
5. Service providers
We rely on a few tools to run the website and the booking system. These companies process data on our behalf and under our instructions: they do not own your information and cannot use it for their own purposes.
- Supabase — stores the appointment schedule.
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Twilio — delivers the text messages you authorized us to send.
- Resend — delivers the studio's internal daily schedule email. It is not used to contact clients.
None of these companies receives your number to use on its own account. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by a competent authority or by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your appointment history for as long as you are a client of the studio, because it helps us serve you better. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent for text messages. Write to hernandez.anayanis@icloud.com or reach us on WhatsApp and we will take care of it.
8. Security
Data travels encrypted and only Anita has access to the schedule, which is password protected. No measure is infallible, but we handle your information with the same care we bring to the studio.
9. Minors
Online booking is for adults 18 and over. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian should book on your behalf.
10. Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date above. We will let you know about significant changes.
