Al reservar una cita en anitalashes.com aceptas estas condiciones. Están escritas para que sepas a qué atenerte, no para llenar una página.

1. Quiénes somos

2. Reservas

Al reservar apartas un horario concreto. Para poder atenderte necesitamos tu nombre y un número de móvil correcto: es por donde te confirmamos y te recordamos la cita.

Los precios que ves en la web son precios de partida. El precio final se confirma en el estudio según el diseño, el volumen y el estado de tus pestañas. Te lo decimos antes de empezar, nunca después.

No cobramos nada por adelantado: el servicio se paga en el estudio.

3. Cambios, cancelaciones y retrasos

Si necesitas cambiar o cancelar, avísanos por WhatsApp con al menos 24 horas de antelación. Ese hueco puede aprovecharlo otra clienta.
Si llegas tarde, haremos lo que quepa en el tiempo que quede. Pasados 15 minutos puede que tengamos que reagendar, porque detrás hay otra cita.
Si no te presentas y no avisas, lo anotamos. Faltar de forma repetida sin aviso puede hacer que te pidamos confirmación previa para futuras reservas.
Si tenemos que cancelar nosotras, te avisamos cuanto antes y te damos prioridad para reagendar.

4. Mensajes de texto (SMS)

Si aceptas recibir mensajes de texto marcando la casilla al reservar —o diciéndonos que sí cuando te lo preguntamos por teléfono— te mandaremos normalmente tres mensajes por cita: la confirmación, un recordatorio la tarde anterior y otro la mañana del día.

Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos de tu compañía telefónica. Responde STOP para darte de baja o HELP para pedir ayuda. Responde START si quieres volver a recibirlos.

Darte de baja de los mensajes no cancela tu cita.

Nunca te mandamos publicidad por mensaje de texto, y tu número no se comparte con nadie. Los detalles están en nuestra política de privacidad.

5. Antes de tu cita

Para que el trabajo dure, ven con las pestañas limpias y sin maquillaje en los ojos. Si usas lentes de contacto, tráete tus gafas por si acaso.

Avísanos si tienes alergias, si te has hecho algún tratamiento reciente en los ojos o si estás bajo tratamiento médico que pueda afectar la zona. Podemos declinar el servicio si vemos irritación, infección o cualquier cosa que desaconseje aplicarlo ese día: es por tu seguridad.

6. Cuidados y garantía

La duración del trabajo depende en buena parte de los cuidados en casa, y te explicamos cuáles son al terminar. Si algo no queda bien por nuestra parte, avísanos dentro de las 72 horas siguientes y lo corregimos sin costo.

7. Responsabilidad

Prestamos el servicio con el cuidado y la técnica que corresponden. No respondemos por reacciones derivadas de información que no nos contaste, ni de cuidados posteriores que no se siguieron.

8. La web

Los textos, las fotos y el diseño de este sitio son nuestros. La disponibilidad que ves es real y se actualiza en tiempo real, pero en casos excepcionales puede haber un imprevisto: si pasa, te avisamos enseguida.

9. Cambios en estos términos

Si los actualizamos, cambiaremos la fecha de arriba. Se aplican los que estuvieran vigentes cuando reservaste.

10. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de Texas, Estados Unidos.

1. Who we are

2. Bookings

Booking reserves a specific time slot. To serve you we need your name and a working mobile number: that is how we confirm and remind you about your appointment.

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. The final price is confirmed at the studio based on the design, the volume and the condition of your lashes. We tell you before we begin, never after.

We do not charge anything up front — services are paid at the studio.

3. Changes, cancellations and late arrivals

To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours ahead. Another client may be able to use that slot.
If you arrive late, we will do what fits in the remaining time. After 15 minutes we may need to reschedule, because another appointment follows.
If you do not show up without notice, we make a note of it. Repeatedly missing appointments without notice may mean we ask you to confirm in advance next time.
If we have to cancel, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you priority to rebook.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages by checking the box when booking — or by telling us yes when we ask over the phone — we will send you typically three messages per appointment: the confirmation, a reminder the evening before, and one on the morning of your appointment.

Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Reply START if you want to receive them again.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your appointment.

We never send marketing by text message, and your number is not shared with anyone. Details are in our privacy policy.

5. Before your appointment

So the work lasts, please come with clean lashes and no eye makeup. If you wear contact lenses, bring your glasses just in case.

Tell us about allergies, any recent eye treatment, or medical treatment that could affect the area. We may decline the service if we see irritation, infection, or anything that makes it unwise to proceed that day — that is for your safety.

6. Aftercare and guarantee

How long the work lasts depends largely on aftercare at home, and we explain it when we finish. If something is not right on our end, tell us within 72 hours and we will correct it at no cost.

7. Liability

We provide the service with due care and technique. We are not responsible for reactions arising from information you did not share with us, or from aftercare that was not followed.

8. The website

The text, photographs and design of this site are ours. The availability you see is real and updates live, but in exceptional cases something may come up: if it does, we tell you right away.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update them we will change the date above. The terms in effect when you booked are the ones that apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
